The minimum lot size in square metres mapped for a lot under its LEP Lot Size map.
LEPs set a minimum lot size for subdivision through a Lot Size map, expressed in square metres or hectares. The control applies through the LEP clause that references the map — typically clause 4.1. Several LEPs also apply minimum lot sizes to particular development types, such as dual occupancies.
PlotDetect reads the mapped minimum lot size for an address from the NSW Planning Portal ePlanning spatial layer and cites the LEP it belongs to.
